Fleet Feet is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead administration of health, retirement, leaves, and other benefits for a multi-state workforce. The role emphasizes process improvement, compliance, and partnership with leadership to deliver a rich benefits program.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of benefits administration experience in a retail or fast-paced setting, with strong communication skills and a passion for employee well-being.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in retail or startup settings.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Clear, accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations affecting benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
• Lead open enrollment and annual benefits communications.
• Ensure multi-state compliance and accurate benefits data processing.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Retail Ops and Payroll on benefits initiatives.
