Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Chicago seeks a Benefits Manager to own and elevate its U.S. benefits function on a hybrid schedule.

This newly created, high-impact role offers the opportunity to build, streamline, and enhance benefits programs across a growing organization. You will manage end-to-end benefits programs, lead open enrollment, coordinate with brokers and carriers, and partner with Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in professional services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of U.S. benefits programs, including strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization
• Lead end-to-end open enrollment, including planning, communications, system coordination, and execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters across the U.S. population
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and external vendors, ensuring strong performance and accountability
• Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Design and deliver effective employee communications and education to increase awareness and engagement
• Support benefits-related processes including leave administration (e.g., FMLA)
• Develop and execute a forward-looking benefits roadmap aligned with organizational growth
