Job summary

AMC Theatres in Leawood, KS is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage and support benefits programs, leave of absence processes, and compliance. This role acts as a liaison between associates, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate communications and timely responses.

You will audit vendor invoices, support enrollment and education initiatives, and maintain benefit policies and systems with attention to detail. A strong communicator who can navigate changing regulations will thrive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Benefits, Human Resources, or theatre management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to adjust to changing regulations and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, USERRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leave of Absence and reasonable accommodation processes with stakeholders.
• Support group health and retirement plan inquiries, enrollments, and audits.
• Maintain and update benefits systems, policies, and documentation for compliance.
• Audit vendor invoices against budgets and process payments.
