Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team in Minnesota on a full-time hybrid basis. The role coordinates enrollments, changes, and updates to our benefits programs, communicates eligibility to employees, and maintains accurate HRIS records.

Travel to our Home Office in Plymouth MN may be required. Starting pay range is $27-$30 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health coverage, life insurance, disability, 401k match, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR/benefits administration.
• Experience administering leaves of absence.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to Home Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Communicate benefit eligibility and enrollment information to employees.
• Maintain HRIS data accurately and timely.
• Support open enrollment activities and audits.
• Respond to employee benefits inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Administer the Nexus Recognition Platform and generate reports.
• Assist with benefits resources and intranet content updates.
