Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate benefits administration for multi-client/ multi-entity environment.
• Assist with onboarding, life events, and open enrollment processes.
• Coordinate between employees, HR teams, and external benefits vendors to ensure smooth workflows.
