Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field necessary.
• Oregon independent licensing required.
• Experience with adult populations and telehealth workflows essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted, evidence-based care alongside PCPs and psychiatrists.
• Screen for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Document in EHR consistent with model workflows.
• Participate in weekly psychiatric case consultation.
