Responsibilities

• Upload behavioral health claims accurately and timely.
• Verify member eligibility, benefits limits, and authorizations.
• Ensure standard billing practices to adjudicate a claim.
• Provide explanations of benefits to providers.
• Respond to claims inquiries by phone, fax, and mail.
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers.
• Respond to audits within the manager's timeframe.
• Maintain compliance with policies, contracts, and regulations.
