LifeView Group seeks a Billing Coordinator for its ABH program in a hybrid role combining remote and on-site work. You will ensure accurate claims processing, verify eligibility and authorizations, and send explanations of benefits to providers.

Responsibilities include responding to audits, maintaining provider relationships, and ensuring compliance with Florida Medicaid regulations and HIPAA guidelines. Strong prioritization and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Three years of relevant medical office experience.
• HS diploma or GED with five years related experience may substitute.
• Thorough understanding of Florida Medicaid regulations.
• Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Must pass organization background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure behavioral health claims are uploaded accurately and timely in the electronic claims processing system.
• Verify member eligibility, benefits limits, and authorizations, and adjudicate claims.
• Communicate explanations of benefits to providers and respond to inquiries by phone, fax, and mail.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers and respond to audits within the specified timeframe.
