• Coordinate and maintain program infrastructure including playbooks and SMART goals.
• Manage scheduling and documentation for annual check-ins and workshops.
• Support partner and lateral integration into groups within timelines.
• Maintain transition protocols and ensure messaging consistency across groups.
• Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and market-facing outputs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with MarTech and analytics to surface relevant reporting.
