Job summary

Arnall Golden Gregory LLP is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support client relationships, pursue new business, and strengthen the firm’s market presence. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Coordinator will work with BD Managers and the marketing team on proposals, client research, legal rankings, CRM and experience management, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, research, or related field.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM, proposal automation, experience management, and AI tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willingness to travel to DC and Boston offices occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposals, RFP responses, pitches, and client-facing materials.
• Conduct research on clients, industries, competitors, and market trends.
• Use marketing analytics and CRM data to evaluate engagement and opportunities.
• Support sponsorships, rankings submissions, and outreach.
• Track opportunities and deadlines in proposals and submissions.
• Maintain matters and credentials in experience management systems.
• Maintain CRM data and support CRM implementation and data cleanup.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and basic analyses for BD activities.
