Job summary

Cardiovascular Research Foundation is seeking a Manager, Business Development to drive revenue for CRF Digital by building and managing a robust sales pipeline across advertising, sponsorships, and digital products. You will partner with internal teams and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, invoicing, and post-sale support.

The role emphasizes relationship development, market opportunity identification, and accurate tracking of activity and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in business development, sales, or account management.
• Knowledge of medical device/pharma industries or willingness to learn.
• Experience with contract review, analysis, and negotiation.
• Experience forecasting and reporting sales pipeline.
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and client interaction.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage schedules.
• Ability to read vendor contracts and CRF policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business revenue by selling CRF Digital offerings.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline with prospecting and deals.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and presentations; respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Track, forecast, and report sales activity using defined metrics.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and renewals; ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend conferences and maintain CRM documentation.
