Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager for the Cardiology service line to build and scale our clinical research portfolio. In this cross-functional role, you will partner with BD, clinical operations, finance, legal, and sponsor teams to drive opportunities from sponsor engagement through contract execution.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will own the operational infrastructure behind our commercial

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in life sciences, clinical trials, business development, or partnerships.
• Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes from scoping to contract.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across clinical, operations, and legal.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deals and workstreams.
• Excellent communication and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end BD process from sponsor engagement to contract execution.
• Lead cross-functional scoping and pricing for new study opportunities.
• Prepare for sponsor interactions with pitches and proposals.
• Maintain pipeline visibility with up-to-date opportunity reporting.
• Track deal progression and surface risks to leadership.
• Identify process improvements to accelerate deals.
• Build and maintain scalable BD tools and docs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
