Job summary

Iterative Health in Cambridge, MA and New York City is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager for the Cardiology service line. You will help build and scale our Cardiology clinical research portfolio, partnering with business development, clinical operations, finance, legal, and sponsor teams to move opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in life sciences, clinical trials, business development, or enterprise partnerships.
• Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes, from scoping and pricing through contract execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator across clinical, operations, and legal teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and workstreams.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BD process from sponsor engagement through contract execution.
• Lead cross-functional scoping and pricing for new study opportunities.
• Prepare for sponsor interactions with pitches, proposals, building conference materials.
• Keep the BD pipeline organized with up-to-date reporting on opportunities across the portfolio.
• Track deal progression, identify bottlenecks, and surface risks to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the BD process to accelerate deals.
• Build and maintain internal processes, tools, and documentation supporting a scalable BD operation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
