Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing or business development experience; law firm or professional services preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior professionals and stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM platforms and CMS; advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
• Support business development plans and strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, budgets and ongoing projects for assigned practice areas.
• Maintain marketing collateral, attorney bios, experience databases and website content.
• Assist with industry rankings, award submissions, market research and events.
• Track BD activity and report on outcomes; collaborate with internal departments.
