Job summary

Muhlenberg Greene Architects, Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to fuel growth across public-sector and institutional markets in the Berks County region.

You will shape strategy, cultivate relationships with principals and consultants, and lead initiatives from lead generation to proposal development. You will coordinate marketing assets, manage the CRM, and drive a proactive BD engine.

Qualifications

• Experience writing AEC proposals and coordinating winning responses.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop business opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic BD initiatives with firm leadership and consultants.
• Research and qualify prospective leads and opportunities.
• Run lead-generation and follow-up programs to capture new clients.
• Initiate contact with prospective client executives and set meetings.
• Manage the client and sales pipeline; prepare marketing, sales, and forecast reports.
• Maintain the BD database and track opportunities in the CRM.
