Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the United States, Georgia region. The role combines remote planning with in-person client visits to deliver high-quality ABA therapy across settings, supported by clinical and operational teams.

Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, developing assent-based plans, and engaging families via monthly training. The position offers signing and ongoing bonus opportunities, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in good standing.
• Experience overseeing ABA services and supervision.
• Ability to balance remote planning with in-person client work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 remote/in-person split.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians virtually and during visits.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Engage parents with monthly training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data review.
