Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across New Jersey with a flexible hybrid schedule. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The position includes paid training and a BCBA mentorship program, with compensation of $55–$70 per hour, no minimum or maximum caseload, and no non-compete

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
