BK Behavior in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers.

This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling, compensation of $55–$70 per hour, no minimum caseload, and licensure support through our LBA Expansion Program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
