BK Behavior in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers hybrid work, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for state licensure expansion with support from a dedicated BCBA Success Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
