Acorn Health in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us as a Program Supervisor, with a mix of 3 days in clinic and 2 days remote to expand access across the Washington DC Metro area.

In this role you will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery, develop and monitor treatment plans and BIPs, supervise technicians, collaborate with families and schools, and advocate for best practice ABA across settings.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism treatment.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as the clinical lead on client cases and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and review client programs, analyze data and adjust the treatment plan.
• Provide training on interventions and observe program implementation.
• Collaborate with families and schools to implement best practice interventions.
• Promote awareness of ASD and ABA through trainings and presentations.
• Attend and participate in team meetings to discuss progress.
