Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism treatment approaches and data-driven planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct functional, behavioral, and developmental assessments.
• Develop and implement client treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide coaching.
• Monitor data to measure progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide family training and support to caregivers.
