Job summary
Childrens Aba in Raleigh, NC is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position. As a BCBA, you will improve the lives of children and families using evidence-based practices.
Your duties will include conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior plans, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. Enjoy a supportive community with manageable caseloads and access to clinical resources.
The compensation is estimated between $100.00 and $115.00 per hour.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments including FBAs.
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
