Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and to supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. The role includes collaborating with families and clinicians in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing BIPs, training staff, monitoring progress, and ensuring accurate data collection and reporting across client cases.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and supervision training completed.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and adjust ABA-based treatment programs.
