KIDS ABA Services in Little Rock, AR is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical treatment design, supervise teams, and collaborate with families. The role emphasizes ethical, data-driven decision making and child-centered care within a hybrid work model.

You'll oversee assessments, create individualized plans, and ensure accurate documentation while guiding a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with schools and payors.

Formación

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong ethical decision-making and sound clinical judgment.
• Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly and compassionately.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, child-centered care.
• Attend treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed.
• Participate in insurance authorization and review processes for assigned clients.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and students.
• Conduct regularly scheduled client observations (minimum two per month, per client).
• Support professional growth with high clinical and ethical standards.
• Maintain a billable expectation of 27.5 hours/week (110 hours/month).
• Complete session notes, monthly data analysis, treatment updates, assessments & reports, insurance documentation.
• Initiate onboarding and treatment for new clients promptly at leadership direction.
