KIDS ABA Services in Conway, AR is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical teams and design individualized treatment plans that build functional skills and independence.

You will partner with families, attend meetings, supervise junior staff, and ensure high-quality data drives progress while maintaining ethical practice and a compassionate, client-centered approach. The role offers a hybrid schedule with remote days for supervision, competitive salary, benefits, and leadership development opportunities.

Competenze

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong ethical decision-making and sound clinical judgment.
• Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly and compassionately.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration.

Mansioni

• Design and oversee treatment that builds functional skills and fosters independence.
• Lead clinical teams and translate data into meaningful progress.
• Partner with families and attend treatment team/IEP/ISP meetings.
• Supervise BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and students; conduct client observations.
• Maintain a billable caseload of 27.5 hours/week with required documentation.
