Job summary

Applied ABC in Maryland is seeking a Center Based or Hybrid BCBA for a full-time, growth-minded clinical leadership role. You will oversee clinical programs, supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and families.

You’ll use ATrack and BST, collaborate with families and schools, and receive support from staffing coordinators and a case manager to balance caseloads and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland).

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation ensuring BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
