Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc is seeking a dedicated Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. The role combines clinic and home-based work 60% in-clinic / 40% remote, with responsibilities including supervision, program development, and collaboration with families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in ABA, active BCBA certification, and at least 1 year of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification and license are required.
• One or more years of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Behavior Technicians through clinical supervision in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Develop and maintain client programs, conduct data analysis and assessments, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions when needed and ensure BACB-guideline compliant supervision and thorough record-keeping.
