Ability Builders Consulting Co. is urgently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, center-based setting serving children and adolescents with autism. You will lead assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, special education, psychology or related field.
• BCBA Certification; minimum two years experience with autism.
• Credentialed as BCBA by the BACB and active memberships/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment of client skills and needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide staff training, supervision, and feedback for progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training for open communication.
• Maintain licensure, certification and required trainings.
