Job summary

Thrive Autism Services in Gilbert, AZ seeks a BCBA for clinical oversight, program development, and supervision of pediatric ABA services. The role splits between in-clinic oversight and remote telehealth work with families and schools, focusing on ages 2–10 and evidence-based practices.

The position offers a starting salary of $95,000–$105,000, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. Remote work days and strong clinical leadership are involved.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active Arizona LBA license or eligibility.
• Master's degree in ABA, education, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years BCBA telehealth experience.
• Ability to obtain BACB-required 8-hour supervision training.
• Ability to obtain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience developing ABA treatment plans and providing clinical supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and program management for children ages 2–10.
• Conduct and oversee assessments using telehealth-adapted protocols.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust programming decisions.
• Provide remote supervision and feedback to RBTs via live video observation.
• Provide caregiver and parent training through telehealth and coach families.
• Collaborate virtually with families, RBTs, clinical leadership, and other professionals.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation, progress reports, and authorizations.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen Thrive's telehealth program.
