Job summary

Thrive Autism Services in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for clinic-based and in-home ABA services. In this role, you will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance skill development.

Offering a salary between $90,000 to $110,000 annually plus a $20,000 signing bonus, this position ensures clinical autonomy and support without the risk of burnout, all within a supportive and client-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (BACB required).
• Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligible to obtain.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Provide ongoing clinical evaluation with data-driven program adjustments.
