Thrive Autism Services in Gilbert, AZ seeks a BCBA to provide clinical oversight, ABA program development, and supervision for children aged 2–10. The role combines in-clinic oversight with remote telehealth, offering clinical autonomy within a collaborative team.

Salary ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 30 billable hours weekly. Hybrid work setup across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and a valid Arizona license (LBA) or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in ABA, education, psychology, or related field required.
• Experience with telehealth delivery and supervising RBTs is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and program management for 2–10 year olds with autism.
• Conduct assessments and supervise telehealth, caregiver training, and RBTs.
