Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The role is currently fully remote, with potential future hybrid arrangements and advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Ideal candidates hold Georgia BCBA licensure (or are eligible) and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Georgia licensure currently held or eligible.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
