Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Colton, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a hybrid role that supports launching a region and building a personal caseload.

We offer a $5k sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $10k, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, vision, and FSA. The role requires BCBA certification and a Master's in Psychology or related field, with travel to client homes in the Fontana area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ABA treatment experience for children with Autism.
• Strong administrative skills with scheduling and billing knowledge in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and develop BSPs for clients from birth to 18 where BCBA scope allows.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland and related assessments as needed.
• Conduct home visits for FBAs, progress monitoring, and supervise RBTs/BTs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals and interventions.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs and monitor progress toward goals.
• Deliver parent training based on ABA principles.
• Train BCBA candidates and supervise RBTs per contract terms.
• Ensure 85% fulfillment of authorized client hours; minimize cancellations.
