Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role in Glendale and surrounding areas. You will lead neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism, supervising a team of behavior technicians and coordinating with a transdisciplinary team.

The role offers a competitive salary range ($95,772-$120,545), plus a second bonus up to 10% of monthly salary, generous PTO, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver services.
• Balance clinical care with scheduling, supervision, and administrative tasks.
