Job summary

Central Valley Training Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that involves assessing and implementing behavior plans. Candidates must have a Master's degree and BCBA certification, along with experience in supervising adults with developmental disabilities.

The position entails local and regional travel, offering a collaborative work environment with flexible schedules, paid CEUs, and various health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in supervising clients in a licensed adult day program.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to work with potentially dangerous clients.
• Willing to complete health screening physical examination including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent, reliable schedule with participants/students.
• Develop and supervise behavior plans and training for staff.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and represent the Company in meetings.
