House of Hearts ABA in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, hybrid role. You will lead ABA therapy for a group of children, supervise RBTs in school settings, and support families through telehealth supervision.

Qualificações

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• 2+ years of ABA experience is required; school or home-based experience is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and clinical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Caseload management and delivering high-quality ABA therapy.
• School-based supervision in person, supervising RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth and guiding families remotely.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Build relationships with schools and communities to expand presence.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.
