Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Augusta, GA is seeking a part-time and full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs with a small caseload and strong support from an admin team.

In this hybrid role, you will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent care while maintaining compliance with state and insurer requirements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active GA LBA license.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
