Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Augusta, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team with a hybrid schedule in Macon and surrounding areas. The role focuses on overseeing clinical programming, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs/BCaBAs to ensure high-quality care for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification, GA LBA license, and have ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Active GA LBA license required
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision required
• Strong clinical and communication skills required
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming for a small caseload of clients
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements
