Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Glennville, GA is seeking a part-time and full-time BCBA to serve as Clinical Supervisor. The role involves hybrid in-home supervision with strong admin support to ensure high-quality care for children on the autism spectrum.

The candidate will oversee clinical programming, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work within GA state and insurance guidelines. Remote work components are included with in-person hours clearly defined.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active GA LBA license.
• Lives in GA or within 50 miles.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming for a small caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
