Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in Maryland. You will lead design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs to improve outcomes for children with autism and related disorders.

As a BCBA you will supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals, update treatment plans based on data, and train families. Hybrid work options and strong clinical support are provided to enable high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Active license to practice in the state where services are provided.
• Ability to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analyses and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and apply assessment methods for various cases.
