Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs and coach RBTs across our centers. You will shape individualized treatment plans and guide a team dedicated to improving outcomes for children with autism.

This role supports a flexible hybrid work model, emphasizes collaboration with families, and offers growth pathways through structured onboarding and ongoing education partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients with a billable expectation of 28 hours.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists.
• Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress.
• Collaborate with families through parent coaching and progress updates.
• Lead interdisciplinary discussions and clinical team meetings to support each child’s development.
