ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team in Frederick, MD. We’re a parent-founded ABA company dedicated to outcomes-based, evidence-driven practices that improve kids’ lives and family engagement.

As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams. We offer flexible schedules, hybrid work, generous PTO, and professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA licensure required.
• Master's in ABA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
