The Learning Tree ABA in the United States is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism. You will supervise staff and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active, valid license to practice in the state where services are provided.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analyses and interpret results.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop assessment and intervention methods for various cases.
• Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research.
• Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Ensure data collection aligns with The Learning Tree’s policies.
