Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA in Maryland is actively hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to lead design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs for children with autism and related disorders.

You will supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, update treatment plans, collect data, and provide parent training. Hybrid work model with competitive compensation and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Must possess an active, valid and unrestricted license to provide ABA services in the state of practice.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and behavioral analyses.
• Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
• Develop and implement assessment and intervention methods for diverse cases.
• Train and supervise staff in ethical, evidence-based practices.
• Submit accurate session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
• Ensure data collection aligns with company policies.
