Qualifications

• BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• Active, valid license to practice ABA in the relevant state.
• Ability to travel between client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analyses and develop behavior-analytic interventions.
• Supervise ABA paraprofessionals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
• Ensure accurate data collection and timely documentation.
