Job summary

Compleat Kidz's Chapel Hill clinic is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role blends in-clinic and remote work with strong in-clinic support and collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

Applicants must hold an active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field, and NC licensure or eligibility. Excellent communication, case management, and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines
