Centria-Healthcare's Life Skills Autism Academy seeks a Hybrid Early Intervention BCBA to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and center-based settings in Arizona. You will work with clinical teams and families, providing supervision to technicians, developing assent-based behavior plans, and driving meaningful progress for children in their early developmental years.

Qualifications

• BCBA with experience in early intervention and ABA therapy.
• Weekly in-person supervision is required.
• Ability to work in hybrid remote/in-person settings with families and clinical teams.
• Experience mentoring Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in an in-center environment.
• Provide daily support to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making.
