Job summary

The Center for Human Services (CHS) in Sedalia, MO seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and optimize ABA programs. Hybrid/remote work is available; Missouri residency is required for consideration.

This role focuses on data-driven progress, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families and care teams. Responsibilities include leading treatment plans, supervising assessments, and ensuring ethical, effective behavior-analytic services.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification required, or within three months of certification.
• Must meet BACB supervisor requirements.
• Licensed or able to seek licensure in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in support of client’s treatment plan.
• Administer assessments (e.g., ABLS-RR, AFLS) and create goals.
• Assess performance and implement treatment based on established goals including FBA and Behavior Plans.
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) per BACB standards.
• Participate in treatment meetings and professional development.
