Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid team. You will design and manage individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent care for children.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, a Master's in ABA or related field, and proven experience leading ABA programming with strong communication and leadership skills.

• Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
• Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through supervision and skills development.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
• Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
• Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
