Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent.
• BCBA credential with BACB in good standing.
• At least one year of BCBA supervision and training experience.
• Experience creating behavior and skill programs using a data collection system (Catalyst preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and virtual ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.
• Collaborate with the team to create individualized behavior and skill programs.
• Utilize a data collection system to track client progress.
• Supervise and train other therapists and staff as needed.
